Steam Storm 2013

Hello guys,

I'd like to invite you to a tournament in Bratislava as follows:

I’d like to invite you to a 2-day tournament of Hordmachine on the 4th and 5th of May in Bratislava. There are 5 rounds planed which will be increased to 6 in case of more than 32 participants. The tournament will be run under SR13 rules, with 50 point armies, including the Specialists variant. You will be required to bring 3 lists and each has to be played at least once. Armies do not have to be fully painted, but front arcs have to be marked on all models. Conversions are allowed as long as it is clear what the model is supposed to represent. In case of more extensive conversions and counts-as models it is necessary to send in a foto first for approval. The actual location will be anounced based on the initial number of participants. The entry fee will not be higher than 10-12 EUR. The first three places will be awarded with prizes and trophies and there will be further randomly drawn prizes. In case of any questions and to sign in for the tournament please send an email to 5.dimenzia-at-gmail.com. Your application must include full name, nickname if desired and your army. The army lists have to be sent in by 23:59 on friday the 26th of april 2013.

A list of participants will be posted on www.wargaming.sk I hope to welcome players from Poland, Austria, Hungary and hopefully other nearby countries as well.

Z jednej strony Bratyslawa kusi bo blisko, z drugiej strony w maju juz sa dwudniowki w Krakowie i Bielsku... ciezko (chyba ze Yaro przelozy mastera )

nie nie przelozy. I planuje pojechac do bratyslawy.

Ciekawy turniej... szkoda tylko że tak niefortunny termin Majówka, turniej, potem Kraków, potem BB.. a w czerwcu Monachium zdaje się

Ktos sie wybiera na ten turniej z jakotaka pewnoscia?

Można się dogadać fafel, mnie ograniczają dni urlopu, ale jeśli skombinujemy ekipę na autko to ją bardzo chetny, już mówilismy o tym z Ice-T. Po prostu ewentualny powrót autokarem i 200 zł to słaby deal dla mnie.

Znaczy ja ogolnie narazie rozwazam opcje majowki w slowackich tatrach i potem wypad na turniej, wiec ja nie bardzo kwalfikuje sie na jakies wspolne wyjazdy, ale fajnie by bylo kogos znajomego tam spotkac.

Siemka jeśli znalazło by się 2 chętnych to ja z Yarem ruszamy bo w 4 autkiem juz się opłaca. Jesli ktos rozważa ten turniej niech da znać, wiem że jest natłok eventów ale zagranice też spoko pojechać

Nie powiem opcja kusząca, można jakieś szczegóły na PW? O której wyjeżdżacie, jak z noclegiem, koszty itd?

Ja jednak nie. Mam czas na 2 tury w maju, Krakow i Bielsko wygrywaja.

No wiec tak jadymy!!! 3 Maja w piątek Mały melanż i wygrywamy 5 rundowy turniej w sobotę, zostajemy do niedzieli rano podkłądamy się słowakom w sparingach żeby myśleli ze są dobrzy i wracamy 5maja do matki Polszy.

Hello everybody,

if you are receiving this email, you are signed in for the upcoming Steam Storm tournament. We have filled all spots so hopefully no one decides to drop out at the last moment. Here is a summary of the most recent tournament info:

- we will use just 2 lists (the original tournament flyer had a mistake) and please bring the tournament sheets with your lists filled out. We will also use specialists

- tournament fee is 5 EUR and it includes a soft drink and a snack for the long day. There is also a TESCO Express store 3 min walking distance from the venue

- every table will include a leaflet with the scenarios we will play. In order to use time as efficiently as possible, I will ask you to remove your models from the table after you finish your game and set up the scenario for the next round

- you will choose lunch during registration, we will order from a pizza/pasta restaurant

- as we did last time, as long as the tournament score of the players allows it, I will try to pair players from different countries together

9:00/9:10 - 11:10 First Round
11:20 - 13:20 Second Round
13:20 - 14:00 Lunch Break
14:00 - 16:00 Third Round
16:10 - 18:10 Fourth Round
18:20 - 20:20 Fifth Round
