No Huge base'y będą smutne. 5 kości z pow 14. Judicatory będę spadać jak marzenie. dwie tury strzelania z dwóch działek i ich nie ma :)

Arcanist + gunner + 2 x działko to 19 punktów, ale pod ossrumem bedzie kosic jak złoto ;P Szkoda ze damiano nie ma ffe tylko deadeye

Akcja, ale na wszystkie modele w CMD a nie na jeden

Siege Tactics (★Action) - While in this model’s command range, the ranged weapons of friendly Faction weapon crew models
gain Siege Weapon. Siege Tactics lasts for one round. (A weapon with Siege Weapon gains an additional die to its damage rolls
against huge-based models.)

judicatory maja shield guardy i po 1 turze strzelania raczej rozwala te działka :(
sam sie na to napaliłem, że mercami będe to ściągał, ale aż tak słodko może nie być

Siege Tactics jest aurą, więc nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie wziąć dwóch dział i dwóch Volley Gunów. Wszystkiego Shield Guardy nie przechwycą, a same Volley Guny z money shot wbijają średnio między 32 a 64 woundy w arm 19, zależy ile wylosują strzałów.

Updates:

Nomad: A slight bump in efficiency to go along with the Nomad changes from week one should help this model feel a little more at home.
Battle Blade gains Powerful Charge:

Powerful Charge - This model gains +2 to charge attack rolls with this weapon.

Rocinante: Continuing to find a proper point value for Rocinante. Also received the same upgrade as the Nomad's Battle Blade.

Mule
Cost 14.

The Mule has received a point decrease based on battle reports and comparison to other Faction offerings.

Rocinante
Cannon gain Powerful Attack:

Powerful Attack - When attacking with this weapon, this model can spend 1 focus point to boost all attack and damage rolls for the attack.

Rocinante needed just a bit more oomph, with or without Damiano at this side. We felt that the ability to boost all of his attack and damage rolls, including blast damage on his AoE 4, for a single focus pushes his efficiency into a desirable range.


Steelhead Heavy Cavalry
Gain Relentless Charge:

Relentless Charge - While advancing as part of a charge, this model gains Pathfinder XICONX.

We have decided that one unit in the Steelhead theme should have access to innate pathfinder of some fashion, this in addition to any solos that might grant it to a unit. The cavalry were a natural choice, especially with the inclusion of Bulldoze on this unit from the Theme Force Benefit.

For this week's feedback, please note that we will not be making this unit SPD 9, making their Axes RNG 2, or changing how the rule Point-Blank functions. We are considering returning Point-Blank to Assault.


Steelhead Mortar Crew

Cost 5.

The Mortar Crew, while desirable based on battle report feedback, needed a slight point reduction in comparison to the other two guns to ensure it remains a viable option when weapon crews are not taken for free in the theme force.


Steelhead Riflemen
Gain War Tempered:

War Tempered - This model can make combined ranged attacks targeting models in melee. If a combined ranged attack made by models with War-Tempered misses a model in melee, participating attackers that would automatically miss the new target do not contribute to the attack and damage roll bonus but still forfeit their attacks.

The Riflemen were falling behind in terms of viability, and simply needed to do something the rest of the Steelheads could not to ensure they had a defined role. We have decided to push their combined range capability even further, as they can now CRA into melee. Always.


Sergeant Nicolas Verendrye

Cut Field Medic.

Gain Heal [D3+1]:

Heal [d3+1] (★Action) - RNG B2B. Target friendly living Faction model. If the model is in range, remove d3+1 damage points from it.


Gain Reinforcements [Steelhead]:

Reinforcements [Steelhead] - During your Maintenance Phase, return d3 small-based friendly destroyed Steelhead Grunts to play. Models return with 1 unmarked damage box. Place the returned Grunts completely within this model’s command range, in formation, and completely within 3˝ of another model in their unit. Returned Grunts must forfeit their Combat Actions the turn they are returned to play.

You know what makes a great medic? Healing the wounded and patching up the fallen. Verendrye no longer provides a "Tough Bubble", but instead brings back fallen Steelhead Grunts every turn. Weapon crews can remain as full capacity as your opponent attempts to plink them down, or perhaps he will remain in the front lines to keep your rank and file soldiers pushing forwards. Either way, you have to ask yourself thematically ... is he healing the fallen, or are Steelheads literally crawling out of his body like the Blockhouse, Skarre's boat, or any of the other models with Reinforcement thus far.

Change the text of Siege Tactics to the following:

Siege Tactics (★Action) - RNG CMD. Target friendly Faction weapon crew. If the weapon crew is in range, the ranged weapons of the models in the unit gain Siege Weapon. Siege Tactics lasts for one round. (A weapon with Siege Weapon gains an additional die to its damage rolls against huge-based models.)

Three is still better than two. Also, Siege Tactics proved to be entirely too effective in its previous incarnation. It no longer affects all models in the Gunner's CMD range, but must now target a single Weapon Crew. This is because one is less than 6, and in this case that's a good thing (For everyone else's sanity).


Steelhead Ironhead

MAT 5.

The Ironhead is a bit of a baller in melee. A bit too much balling in fact. So we dropped their MAT by 1.

Reminder, when you look at the Theme Force from week 1, please don't forget that Rhupert Carvolo and Saxon Orrik have been added to the army composition.
